All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Please read the following terms to understand our policies in full. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Your purchased item might slightly vary from the picture due to the nature of them being 100% handmade. All the items in my store are handcrafted and because of that they may have unique imperfections. No two items may look the same as each creation is a form of art.

We use all-natural, quality ingredients in our products and test each recipe. Products may have a varying effect on different skin types. Because of this, some individuals who are unaware of any allergies could still have negative physical reactions to our product.

Please read the ingredients included in each product listing prior to purchase to make sure you don't have any known allergies or sensitivities to any of the ingredients listed in our products.  Please test patch a small area first if you are not quite sure of how a product might affect your skin.

All facts, details & recommendations on our website are provided for information purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, prescribe or replace the advice of professionals.

 Please consult your physician  for a diagnosis of eczema or other skin conditions before using our Luxe Buttrs or other over-the-counter eczema treatments. ALuxeBeauti does not claim to cure any serious health conditions and is not FDA approved.

Natural skin care products are not a medication, and we can only make recommendation for suitability of our products in certain skin ailments & conditions. Any recommendations accepted by a purchaser are accepted entirely at the purchasers risk.

By purchasing our products you accept responsibility to check with a professional before using any products that may interfere with drugs or medical conditions.

By purchasing our products you recognise and accept the fact that that some natural ingredients, essential oils in particular, may still cause sensitivity in suseptible individuals and that ALuxeBeauti will not be held responsible for such occurences. We encourage those with sensitive skin to select our unscented products and performing a patch test on the skin for possible reactions.

TEXTURE DISCLAIMER

Virgin human hair is distinct, and no two heads of hair are exactly alike. Our pictures are meant to give you a good idea of our textures available. When you place an order with us you will notice that there will be some variation between our pictures and that of the hair you receive. This is not avoidable nor should it be. Some textures may be more coarse, sleek, looser curls, tighter curls, etc. It is human hair and can vary with texture/wave pattern. 

At ALuxeBeauti, customer satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products 100%. We believe we can work together with our clients to make every purchase a positive experience. Due to the nature of our product, and because each individual piece comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

We only supply unprocessed virgin hair and it comes in natural shades of 1B (Off Black/Natural Dark Brown). If you choose to color the hair, it takes and holds permanent, semi-permanent, lifts, and cellophane beautifully! Please understand, we DO NOT suggest any chemical changes being performed by an unlicensed individual. Always refer to a professional for permanent change, as the product is your investment. Though it is possible to color the hair, the risk of damaging it increases dramatically. All hair reacts differently to different products and regiments. Reactions include but are not limited to extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, and tangling. If an error occurs due to a chemical service, ALuxeBeauti and its entities are not liable or held accountable for damage.

Coloring, lifting, or dying the hair may affect the original texture of the hair. We are not responsible for the product after it has been altered from its original state. Please be forewarned, refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

PRICING

The pricing listed on the website at the time of check out is the only price that can and will be honored. All prices are subject to change. Once an order has been placed, you do not have the option to redeem the sale price of any sales announced AFTER your order was placed. Coupon codes cannot be applied to pending orders or orders that have already been shipped. Once the order is shipped, you cannot apply a bundle deal pricing to get more bundles. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

SALES/ DISCOUNT CODES/ COUPONS

In the case a customer is granted a personal discount code (separate from sale codes), the code can only be used on regularly priced items. You cannot apply discount codes to the sale items. IF the code is provided via ALuxeBeauti for a sale, the code can be used on all items.

PAYMENT TERMS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card/debit card will be charged.

We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and/or theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, your order will be placed under our Fraud Verification Process to verify the validity of your credit card, before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, then this may delay the shipping of your order.

Once payment is made there are no cancellations of orders for refund.

ONLINE STORE POLICY

Any order over $500.00 USD will require the customer to submit a government issued photo ID or valid license per ALuxeBeauti request as an order exceeding that amount is seen as excessive. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

ORDER PROCESSING

We do not operate on weekends. Any orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed first thing the following Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected at checkout. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If any product is out of stock, it will be shown as “sold out” or “unavailable” and you will not be able to purchase that product. However you can send us an e-mail stating what item you want and your contact information. Once the product becomes available you will be sent a notification, we will not hold product for clients, the notification is a courtesy to let you know your product is back in stock.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If you have tracked your package via UPS.com or USPS.com and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us immediately. UPS will need to be contacted right away and initiate a trace/investigation for your package. This investigation can take up to 5-7 business days. It is never guaranteed that the carrier will be able to locate/retrieve your package.

 

INSTALLING

Shampoo and condition your virgin hair extensions prior to installing.

WASHING

• Wash in warm water
• When washing your hair extension do not massage or twist the hair
• Apply a generous amount of conditioner
• Do not apply conditioner to areas where the extensions are attached
• After washing, allow to air dry (don’t roll or rub hair into a towel)

Styling: 3 bundles are needed for a full look depending on desired fullness. For styles 18’’ and longer, 3 -4 bundles are needed for a full look.

POLICY CHANGES

ALuxeBeauti, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.

TRADEMARKS

ALuxeBeauti , does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. ALuxeBeauti will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, ALuxeBeauti is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, ALuxeBeauti is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

SUBMISSIONS

With the exception of your personal information, any communication or material you send to the ALuxeBeauti site, electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions, or submissions is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you send to the ALuxeBeauti, it may be used by ALuxeBeauti, for any purpose including but not limited to modification, reproduction, transmission, disclosure, publication, broadcast, and posting. By submitting material to ALuxeBeauti, you irrevocably transfer and assign to ALuxeBeauti, and forever waive and agree never to assert, any copyrights, “moral” rights, rights of publicity or to privacy, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights that you may have in such material. ALuxeBeauti, is free to use, without obligation of any kind, any ideas, concepts, techniques, or know-how contained in any communication you send to the ALuxeBeauti, site for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services.

Any unauthorized use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes. Any product, service, program or technology described in any document published by ALuxeBeauti, on this site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by ALuxeBeauti. ALuxeBeauti reserves any such right that is not expressed licensed hereunder.

The ALuxeBeauti mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by ALuxeBeauti (“ALuxeBeauti”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to ALuxeBeauti’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of ALuxeBeauti through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with ALuxeBeauti. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18339582539 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other ALuxeBeauti mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
